Our services can be tailored by you for exactly how you like it, from the usual vacuuming, mopping and wiping surfaces right through to pantry tidying, ironing and making the beds. You establish this relationship and expectations with your cleaner when you meet, and continue with them as you go. Products and equipment are supplied by the cleaner for a one-off service, and remember – if you want to maintain the standard of your clean, why not book a regular service to follow!

    We tailor our cleaning services to suit your needs. The amount of work accomplished depends on how much time is allocated for the service and the attention to detail required.

  • Can the cleaner come out and quote?

    Our cleaners can provide an estimate over the phone or at your home for a cleaning service. Speak to your cleaner prior to start if you want them to work to a set budget or provide an estimate of the number of hours required to complete all of your tasks.

  • How many people come to the clean?

    The Agency registers both individual cleaners and teams of two. If you have a preference at time of booking, please advise our Customer Service Officer and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
