A regular clean starts from two hours a fortnight or a week, and a one-off clean starts from three hours. Rates vary slightly by suburb and by what the job involves. Get an immediate quote online and book, pay after the clean, so there is no deposit and nothing charged up front. Yes. On a regular clean you are matched with one cleaner who comes back each week or fortnight. They learn the house, so you stop leaving notes after the first few visits. If the match is not right, tell your coordinator and we will find someone else without you having to start over.
All suburbs of Wellington city from Tawa through to Seatoun, plus the Hutt Valley, Wainuiomata, Porirua, Whitby, Plimmerton and the Kapiti Coast as far as Waikanae. Availability depends on which cleaners are working near you, so enter your postcode when you book and we will confirm what we can offer in your area.
No. Most Wellington clients are at work. You can arrange a key, a lockbox or building access with your cleaner once you have met them. Plenty of people are home for the first walk through the house and set priorities, then leave them to it from then on.
Tell us at booking if your street has resident-only parking or no realistic space, for example parts of Mount Victoria, Aro Valley, Newtown and Oriental Bay. We match you with a cleaner who can get to you, and if a permit or a visitor pass is needed you would need to supply it. It is not a reason we will turn a booking down.
Yes. Te Aro, the CBD and Kilbirnie apartments are a large part of what we do in Wellington. Let us know at booking how building access works, whether that is a fob, a code, a concierge or a building manager, and your cleaner will sort the arrangement with you at the first visit.
You’ll love weekly, it suits most Wellington households and is the more common booking.
Having a weekly clean makes sense for busy families and professional couples, pets that shed, a large house or people working from home full time. Start with weekly and change if you want to. There is no penalty for changing.
Yes. Cleaners are police checked and background checked before they are matched with a household, and work is covered by public liability insurance.
