How to clean Ceramic Glass cooktops

Keeping your ceramic glass cooktop spick and span is quite simple. Most glass cooktops come with a metal scraper which can be used to remove any baked on food if your cooking technique becomes a little flamboyant! Be sure to remove spilt food as soon as possible before it dries and sets.
To keep your cooktop clean, regularly wipe down after the surface has cooled with a damp microfibre cloth or a soft cloth and Cerapol, a specialised cleanser designed for ceramic glass or induction cooktop surfaces.
Another great tip is to spray some diluted vinegar on to the glass to bring up the shine of the cooktop if it begins to dull. Always avoid using scourers on this surface as it will scratch and damage the cooktop over time.
