Burn the scourer!

Okay, maybe that’s going a bit too far. But did you know that it’s against our company policy to use scourers in a client’s home unless instructed by the client? If a scourer is to be used, make sure this is noted so we know this is what you want.
So why the tough stance on scourers? The reason we want to hide, bin or ban this little item is because of the irreparable damage they can easily cause to surfaces and appliances.
Scratches caused by scourers are one of the most common damage claims we receive. While scratching isn’t always immediately apparent, over time repetitive use of abrasive scouring sponge will almost certainly cause damage.
